I've struggled with my weight for my w hole life and am still on the quest for a happier healthier better looking me. I get frusterated very easily so I'd love to have someone to lean on in hard time,s and would be more than happy to do the same for you! My Goals:
I have two very active sons and need to keep up with them. I love my body more than ever after giving birth to my boys and have come to accept it as is, but still strive to push its limits. I love running and playing with my kids but with the extra weight, its hard for my body to want to do that. My goal is to lose osme extra pounds and tone up at the same time to be a happy healthy fit mama to my kids :)

My Program:
Right now I'm focusing on eating MORE as I realized part of my problem was not enough calories. Also I love to do the 30 Day Shred and the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout. I walk everywhere because I don't drive and try to get in about an hour or more of that each day.

Personal Information:
I am 28 years old, married for 6 years with a five and a half year old son and a 2 and a half year old son. I live in Ontario Canada, and I love to watch hockey and lacrosse. My husband and I both are avid readers.

Hey Mara,
I just saw you asked what kind of HRM I have.. I got one @ Target for $50, and I should have sucked it up and got the Polar ones everyone talks about. It was about 30 more, but with mine, I have to keep checking my HR everytime I feel like it changes... so, I do it every circuit change on Jillian's workouts. I keep a notepad with all the calories it says I burned and it's pretty accurate within a 50 calorie range (which is fine if you're doing her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism... that one has me burning 550-600 ish calories every time. Love it & hate it, haha.) So, I just put it in my tracker as 575 & have it saved to favorites...
Like I said, it works well... it's kind of a PITA to have to keep checking your HR. I also heard the Polar ones beep when you are in your zone, so that is super cool...
As for your weight gain you mentioned below... are you watching your sodium intake? When I have above 2300 I REALLY retain water. Case in point... I woke up yesterday @ 158.8. Went out to eat and had a burger and a small fry & I am back up to 162.2... I know it is salt, so I am not freaking... but, that's what does it to me. No more burgers/fries for this girl, haha.

Hey Nikki! Nope, scale still stuck and now my dr has demanded I lose 20 pounds in 6 months. Right like I never thought of that lol Boys are good, Chace was just diagnosed with an egg and nut allergy. Not the greatest news but it gave us alot of answers to the allergic reactions he'd been having. Connor knows that school is coming up soon so he's thrilled lol We go in a couple of weeks to meet his teachers. He keeps insisting he's taking a bus to school lol I hate to burst his bubble, but we lived only a few blocks form the school, so its not happening lol He's walking!

How are your kidlets doing? They grow so fast it just isn't fair!!

hahaha I'm definitely NOT pregnant. I think. Who knows? LOL Haven't had AF since November LOL I'm seeing an internist right now because he beleives I have non alcholholic liver disease. Which he said means I'm "obese" Well Thank you! I didn't think I was THAT bad! I've actually printed out my weight flucuations and my calorie intakes for him, and he flat out told me he didn't beleive me. I weighed myself again tonight, and I was back down 6 pounds. Can stress do this to you? I've been VERY stressed the last couple of week with Chace's health being questionable. Maybe I retain like mass amounts of water? I bet if I weighed myself int he morning, I'd be up another 8 pounds because I have a dentist appointment, and I'm terrified of the dentist LOL I don't really think its anything Spark is doing, I really do think its me, i'm just not getting alot of help in finding out WHY. I'm just thinking why bust my hump working out and eating right if I'm going to gain anyways? Why not have that Big Mac!! I know why but you know how the defeatist attitude can get to you right? Thats how I'm feeling. Like why kill my musles in a workout to be fatter? I am very muscular, a fact I've had to come to terms with LOL But I'm not THAT ripped lol I'm like a small quarterback LOL
