I only want to lose 8 lbls. - maybe more, but with the motivation and support of other members I know that we both will achieve our goals. Oh one more thing. I am getting in my 8 glasses of water each day. I was terrible about drinking water...but I tried an aquafina grape water and loved it! It tastes like cool aid and 1 bottle is actually 2.5 glasses of water for the day.
Also, I just read your spark page. I'm sorry you don't have support right around home. However this is a great place for support and I know you can do this!!! I have never been able to stick to a diet plan ever. This is the only thing that has worked for me. I don't know if it's my addiction to getting the points each day, or the fact that when I get home and check my email spark people is right there in front of me and as I read the posts it keeps me going!
