P.S. I just now read the note with the goodie you had sent me!
15 lbs...ahhh...I wish!!!!!
It seems that I messed up with my measurements! In was using lbs for the weigh-in and kgs for the ticker (or vice versa) so the numbers that appeared were a mess...
Good that you pointed that out, I believe I fixed it now!

But we will both reach that 15 lbs loss one day sooner or later! emoticon emoticon

I forgot in all of this that you were getting married too!! CONGRATS CONGRATS CONGRATS! emoticon emoticon

I would say I've got a pretty big wheat intolerance. I have self-diagnosed IBS, and wheat really irritates it. It also affects my skin. I think the immediate weight gain/loss is because my body really really hates processing it. If you really want some motivation to try it, check out Wheat Belly (book).
