So... My total goal for December is 900 fitness minutes (4 workouts of 60 minutes each x 4 weeks is 960). What is a reasonable number to "Race" to??? 700? I don't know how much you usually work out but from the looks of that weight loss tracker, its a lot!!! I'm thinking 900 is going to be tough for me! Talk to you soon! ~Ang
That is an awesome idea!!! I will have to think about the number.. What is reasonable and yet a challenge at the same time. How many minutes are you putting in each week? And I don't really track my weight lifting (I put it in as an hour of "ladies circuit training") Hm.. I'll get back to you but yeah! Let's do it! ~Ang
