You ROCK!!!! I just finally figured out how to check and see who has added me as a friend, but I have yet to add and came across your name. I am so happy I did! You motivate me girl! I read your page and was soooooooo impressed. SO thanks so much for adding me, and allowing me to add you. Sorry this took so long for me to figure out! So... My total goal for December is 900 fitness minutes (4 workouts of 60 minutes each x 4 weeks is 960). What is a reasonable number to "Race" to??? 700? I don't know how much you usually work out but from the looks of that weight loss tracker, its a lot!!! I'm thinking 900 is going to be tough for me! Talk to you soon!

That is an awesome idea!!! I will have to think about the number.. What is reasonable and yet a challenge at the same time. How many minutes are you putting in each week? And I don't really track my weight lifting (I put it in as an hour of "ladies circuit training") Hm.. I'll get back to you but yeah! Let's do it!
