The Further Adventures of MapGeek

Here we go... Testing out SparkCoach. I was successfully losing weight until I was diagnosed with MS in 2013. I gained back everything and then some. I'm on my "weigh" back down, but struggle daily. Life is an adventure. Every day is a new challenge. I'm up to this.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to adapt a healthy lifestyle. In that process, I would like to get back down to around 145 pounds. I want to be a positive example to my daughters. I am taking small steps and have set my first goal to 180 pounds, my weight when I got pregnant with DD2.

My Program:
I will follow the Spark Plan as closely as possible. I am a firm believer in Baby Steps. If I jump into a life change feet first all at once, I usually end up over my head and unsuccessful. I will make gradual changes to my eating habits and my exercise plan.

Personal Information:
My mission is to be a good mom, wife, friend and relative; to maintain a tidy and organized home; to have a happy and healthy family; and to be happy with me.

Other Information:
I am a Cheesehead and a Packer Fan. I am a former Air Force Brat, so I have lived all over the U.S. with my roots in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois. I am married with 2 daughters.

Sorry it didn't work for you! It was horribly difficult for Madeleine and Me for at least 2 month.
With Maia it was just so easy. I wonder if it was making up for the hell Miss M and I had. Who knows? I just consider myself very lucky.

So farm, 1 week down of consistent exercise! I feel stronger and that good muscle soreness!
Eating? NOt great but not horrible. My friend brought me 4 bags of treats and groceries from Trader Joe's! Of course I have to try everything all at once!

How are you doing this week?
