Thanks for commenting on my blog! I can relate to be afraid to run. I suffered 2 stress fractures in December of 2012. I was unable to run or walk for 6 months, I kept re injuring myself. This past month Ibe been working on babying my way back in. I'm averaging 2-3 days a week of walk/runs. I am really careful about listening to my body. I am stretching more, incorporating strength and core work. Balance. Its scary but we can do it! Just have to be smart..and ;) that we are!
