Tracking food and excercising. My husband is on the plan with me.

Personal Information:
I am live in SW Michigan. I am 58 married to a wonderful man. I have 3 grown children. Twin boys that are 27 and a daughter who is 24. I retired from Law Enforcement then worked for my Church for 2.5 years but now that my husband is retired I decided to join him. We plan on Road Biking and traveling a little. We are active with our Youth Group at Church and serve with Youth for Christ. I want relax and enjoy what God has planned for me.
