My Goals:
to take each day one at a time and enjoy life with keeping an eye on a healthier more active lifestyle. I want to ultimately lose around 40 pounds in the next 12-18 months. I plan to do this through exercise and diet including my young family on my jounrey to better health.

My Program:
Calorie awaremness, by keeping my caloric intake between 1400-1800 calories daily. Drining 8+ glasses of water. Workout a minimum of 3x weekly.

Good job going to the gym even when you don't want to! I always have internal arguments with myself over working out. I'm trying to get the good me to beat the bad me more!
Come post your results in the team thread! I made a post that you can copy and paste to make it easier and save some typing!
