Saw you needed some support, I am here for you. I hit a slump myself last week I worked my hardest to get out of it by "shaking up my surroundings." I find I need to get out of the house or away from it anyway I can. Reading is good for me, hanging out with people, relaxing in a hot bath, enjoying a hobby or something like that. Last week I called a few people over and we got a card game going.
Is there something you can do to shake up your surrounding? To get my water in I make sure I drink a full glass of water before I eat any meal, try those and let me know how it goes.
I know it can be discouraging when we are trying to do the right thing and we don't see our hard work add up on the scale. Together we will get throw this, hang in there next week will be alot better.
