It is time for change

It is time for me to stop talking about changing and really change. I have spent most of my life stuck waiting for things to happen instead of making them happen. I dip my foot in the water but never really make it all the way in.

This is my year, the year for me to put in the real work and not just talk about it. This is the year to change the 3 behaviors that hold me back from reaching true happiness 1. Emotional Eating 2. Emotional Spending and 3. Emotional Drinking

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I knew the strawberries were acidic but the symptoms I had a few weeks ago pointed to *low* stomach acid. Low and high stomach acid tend to have very similar symptoms though so I'm avoiding taking too much medicine in case its one and not the other (but I have the antacids just in case). I have an appointment on Tuesday with my doctor!

I love and adore your feedback on my blogs, thank you!
I totally agree with you about walking and if I were to tell the truth, I like it better too. My workout friend has a hard time keeping up with my walking pace as I do her sprinting pace.

I have been toying with walking a half marathon too! I even printed a schedule on how to train for one. If only we lived closer we could do it together.

I just met up with a friend of mine who is running 10 half's in 2013 and she really supported the idea of me walking a half. I needed to hear that from a "runner" because it gave me a boost. She walked one with her Mr last year ... a great supporter she is. She also figures if I can participate in a 2.5 hr Zumbathon I can totally do a walking half.

I guess I need to figure out what I really want.
