Getting really close now

Strong, fearless and committed. This is what I aim for. So I decided to make a serious effort. So far, I've lost about 80 pounds (I started losing before joining Sparkpeople) and I can break three planks at once!!! I'm almost there. I can feel it. My Goals:
Aside from the obvious weightloss (75 pounds, 64 down, 11 to go!), I'm getting in shape. Fit and trim, baby, fit and trim. This is what I aim for.

My Program:
Karate three to five times a week (blue belt), Gladiator Fitness training three times a week, Zumba twice a week and a bit of callistenics, Swedish ball and yoga to round things out when I feel "meh".

Haha! No! Thank YOU for calling me out ;)

I do have some of the "Eat Clean Cookbook".. I'm just really bad at sticking to it and I'm struggling with the organisation and cooking (lazyness?). I totally should take the time because in the end, you do save time, money and it's less stressful overall to have a plan and stick to it.

*takes out the eat clean cookbooks and put them in the vision field*

Et bravo encore pour avoir réalisé ton objectif, tu sembles tellement déterminée c'est encourageant :)

When you say Clean Eating do you mean Eat Clean or Oxygen or it's something else entirely? If so, I will look into it. I certainly could use a couple easy and quick clean recipes ;) I don't buy Oxygen that often now, I'm never comfortable reading it when there's people around.. Too many muscular busty ladies, lol :)
