I just happened to see your post on not eating after 8 pm.. I believe a calorie is a calorie and that if you still have 200 cal to eat by the end of the day and choose to indulge after 8 pm it is OK. But for some of us our secret eating begins at night and inorder to change the behavior you have to do something different. You have to choose to change...little steps sometimes....
I don't know if you are still participating in SP but congratulations on your weight loss...
