Manhattanette seeks moderation.
I just moved to Manhattan in January 2010 to start grad school and my career (book publishing). I was too thin in high school, then gained too much weight in college--now I'm looking for moderation. As of summer 2011, I've been stalled out at about 154-156 lbs. since Christmas 2010. I had a really busy spring and didn't have much time to work out or cook healthy meals. This summer/fall, I want to get back to it, focus, and get these last 15 lbs. off for good! (On the other hand, ...

This summer/fall, I want to get back to it, focus, and get these last 15 lbs. off for good! (On the other hand, I'm proud that at least I've been able to maintain a steady weight for a long time, and the weight is coming off slowly, which is by far the best way to do it.)

My Program:
1. Cardio 3x/week. 2. Strength 3x/week. 3. Eat more fruits/veggies. 4. Cook "real" food at least 1x/week. Microwaving a Lean Cuisine doesn't count! 5. Pack healthy meals/snacks for class/work. (The occasional Lean Cuisine is OK for this.)
