My Goals:
Swim 100 miles (160km) this year.
Goal update: I weighed around 148 in July but gained weight and now have to start over to get to 145 by October 30th. My final goal weight is 135 so I plan to get there by January 30th. This will take relatively fast weight loss for me. Wish me luck!

My Program:
calories 1200 to 1500 /day
at least 70 gm protein
at least 6 glasses of water.
Exercise
1-2 miles lap swimming, 7 miles walk and/orjog and 1 zumba class per week.

Personal Information:
I am 48 but still can't believe it or act like it. Live in central Florida.
