Finding the Skinny Me

I've said that I'm on a diet so many times that I can't count. I've gotten down to healthy weights twice in my life, the first time I made myself eat less than 25 grams of fat a day, not a good diet; the second time I did it with Weight Watchers. I obviously gained back the weight each time because I didn't keep up with what I had done to lose the weight. This time will be different. I am losing the weight painfully slow, allowing for fluctuations as long as I can see a general downward ...

I am losing the weight painfully slow, allowing for fluctuations as long as I can see a general downward spiral. By doing this I am making it a part of my life and focusing on losing 5 pounds at a time, because ultimately my weight will always fluctuate 5 pounds I just have to focus on losing that 5 pounds immediately after gaining it.

Hey M-

I hope you had a good weekend! We have a few more meetings coming up this week.. hopefully you can make some. I am totally interested in trying some water workouts like we were talking about... except I haven't even bought a suit yet. heh. Anyhow, maybe we can plan something for the week after this upcoming week? I know you schedule might change as stuff with your job evolves, so let me know!
