SparkPeople has been a great motivation tool. I joined SparkPeople in January 2010 but I didn't really start using it until August 1, 2010, to me that's my anniversary date.

When I started in August 2010 I weighted in at an unhealthy 270 lbs and eight months later (May 2010) I weight in at a healthier 199 lbs. Even at 199 lbs I don't look like I weight almost 200lbs. When I am having a bad day with my goals I log on and read/interact with other users. It also reminds me I'm not alone in my journey and with my everyday struggles. Above all I know if I can do it, you can do it too.

I feel very blessed to be able to encourge and inspire others with my success.

Don't wait until tomorrow, change starts right now in this very moment. With the next bite and the next step.

I also met my partner through Sparkpeople and together we continue to live a healthy lifestyle and workout together. It is important to us that we teach our children to be healthy and active.

To workout more, eat less.

Training for a marathon by running 4x a week and cross training with Bodypump 2x a week.

Due to a newly discovered gluten intolerance, I am eating a gluten free diet.

oh I love your love story. Oh you have done well what I have read to lose. Wow.

I just joined the group more like a Grandmother to you all. That is okay. No regrets. Not many people on there active. I guess everyone is doing things as Christmas is near. I see the leaders name above are not active neither. Perhaps they are on trips to family. Alot of missing days are shown.

Well you sure are a cutie. I can see why your friend fell in love with you.

Hey! Thanks for your words of encouragement on my blog. Is that a Tough Mudder photo for your profile picture? My partner did that in October and is now OBSESSED and has already signed up with her team for next year. Crazy!
