My Goals:
I was overweight in highschool... lost it, loved it! I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and gained tons of weight in the process of recovery over 8 years... I want my life back now!
My Program:
I am recording all of my foods. I also walk on my treadmill twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I have emptied my house of all bad foods and I only eat at home now. I cook all my meals at home or eat pre made weight watcher meals or lean cuisine when I feel lazy.
Personal Information:
I live in BC Canada. I have a busy life and run my own business. Time is hard to come by, but I now know I need to make time for me.
Other Information:
After 11 years in an unhappy and unhealthy marriage, I have left my husband who made me feel terrible about myself. I am looking forward to building myself back up... from the ground up! It's all about me now. On my own and loving it!
