Finding the athlete in me.

I just finished my first sprint triathlon this summer. Training for this triathlon, reunited me with the long, lost athlete inside. I want to lose weight by eating right, exercising and changing habits.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I loved reading your page - I have been thinking about training for a sprint triathlon. I already run and swim, and I just bought a bike.
I'm going to add you as a friend so I can hopefully get some good tri hints!

Not in a few years, but I grew up swimming in lakes almost every weekend. So, I am not scared of the open water, just the distance!!!! I do better at a backstroke than freestyle or butterfly - weird I know, but true...

But, my lake swimming was normally form the boat to the skis, etc.... LOL

Good luck this weekend!!! Let us know how it goes!!!!!

Mandy, I'm so sorry for not being around to be a good buddy to you the last couple of weeks - I do apologize. We went on vacation.

How are things? Hope you're doing well. I had a fabulous time but it sure is good to be back home. I gained a couple of pounds so have to work really hard now to get back into the routine and all that!

Talk soon.
Renee
