I just recently had a baby and I am trying to fit into my prepregnancy jeans again. Is it possible?!? I sure hope so! MY JOURNEY ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OCTOBER 13, 2007: Highest weight during pregnancy: 198 lbs A lot of it was water retention. I swelled HUGE! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NOVEMBER 1, 2007: Weight: 183 lbs (down 15 lbs) Lost all excess water weight and am ready to start losing the fat! I hope to reach my pre-preggo weight by my birthday (March 3). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FEBRUARY 4, 2007: Weight: 171 lbs A change in goals! No longer looking to reach a certain number (on the scale or in pant size), just striving to change my lifestyle (and hopefully weightloss will follow). This is my plan starting today: *Stay close to a 40c/30p/30f ratio. *Start to eat clean. *Drink 96 oz water daily (account for breastfeeding and exercise) *Take my vitamins daily (B-50 in am for energy and multi-vitamin in pm, as well as Omega-3) *Work on relaxing more (I am starting yoga today!). *Get more sleep (nap when baby is sleeping, regardless if the dishes need washing or the laundry needs folding). *Work out when I can, but not obsess over it. *Not weigh every day! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My Goals:
I know its bad to not have goals. So I guess my goals include: ♥being healthier ♥being happier ♥being the best mom I can
I want to lose weight, but right now being a good mom is the most important thing to me! I was getting too stressed out trying to reach a number on the scale or pant size. It isn't about that anymore. Its about being healthy.
My Program:
Work out when I can.
Drink at least 80 oz of water a day.
Eat more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Cut out all processed foods and sugar.
Relax. Life isn't about looking good, its about feeling good!
Personal Information:
My name is Amanda and I am from central Utah.
My baby girl was born 10-13-2007 at 1 pm. I named her Madison. She weighed 5 lbs 10 oz and was 18 1/2 inches long with an 11 1/2 inch head. I ♥ my baby girl!!!
