My Program:
My program consists of eating healthier, little to no red meat. I eat mostly fish/chicken/turkey. LOTS of veggies and PORTION control! that is the key for me.
I exercise by walking or doing wii fitness.

Well, I will probably Never be a runner..I am content walking, I just need to do it every day. I too am a stress eater and unfortunately I am an amazing cook! With winter approaching all I can think about is my chicken and dumplins! lol
I have been doing better and went to the dr today and only gained 1.4lbs since July. I have lost the toned muscles I had when I was walking and working out daily so I was convinced it was way more. Praise God it wasnt!
I have been walking and eating right this week to try to get back on track. I had a veggie omelet for dinner last night with mushrooms onions and a little spinach. Way better than meat and potatoes!
Good luck on your mission to run, and keep up the effort for the new lifestyle...we can do this! emoticon
