Thanks for your input. I have discussed the diet plan with my doctor and he is supportive. He has actually done the diet himself and said he didn't like it for him because he had intestinal discomfort, but said that he has seen a lot of success for other people and that he would monitor me as we go along. thanks again! Good luck on your journey as well! emoticon

Just wanted to drop by and say hi.. see how you are doing.. I am doing good for my first day, feeling good, other than tired but I didn't get much sleep last night. My 5 year old had to get two teeth pulled today, so babying him all day.. hope things are well for you.

I WISH I lived in So Cal! I used to live in Newport Beach on Balboa Island (spoiled, I know). I miss it sooo much, but I live in Portland, OR. The beach is beautiful here when it wants to be- mainly summers. The water is about 40-50 degrees, and my husband and I are avid surfers and scuba divers. We just went on a dive in February, and it was 37 degrees outside, and 40 in the ocean...brrr! It's worth the beautiful sea life and nice waves, but nothing compares here to Cali! emoticon
