Yesterday is behind us......but tomorrow is within our reach!

I have battled with my weight for my entire life it seems. In high school I was active with sports, a big girl still, I seemed to keep my weight under control. Now, 3 children later, the word "ME" has been pushed to the back burner.

I have lost and gained the same pounds for many years and it needs to stop and I am the only one who can change this. Nobody made me heavy. Nobody made me unhealthy. Nobody gave me stretch marks(okay, maybe the kids did give me those!) I am ...

After many feelings of guilt about leaving the girls while I go and exercise, I have realized that I was not doing anybody any good in the mental and physical condition I was in. I was beyond moody, tired, lazy, boring.

Now, I crave my exercise! I crave good healthy food. I crave being a better mother and wife to my family.

So I am ready. I am ready to be healthy again. I am ready to take on this life change.

I hope to be an inspiration!!

My Goals:
**Run my 3rd half marathon in 2012
**Continue growing my Turbo KICK and Beachbody business

**Lose 15 more pounds and gain more definition and strength

My Program:
Most of my cardio comes from my TURBO KICK classes I teach, but I still get to run once or twice a week!

I also strength train with free weights.

Personal Information:
I stay at home where I truly enjoy my life as a homemaker!

Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, use my creative gene to create jewelry, cook(even though I am not very good at it), and spending time with friends and family.

I hear that, I'm ready it's time for the pounds to go away. Hoping this round of turbo fire does the trick. You need to post a current photo with all that turbo kick you've been doing I bet you look awesome.

Thanks for the post!
I have been away and gaining weight. :( I am determined to ROCK 2012! And, run more races!!! I have not ran any races since 2010. :( And, not running much period but I plan to change that. I ran 2 miles on Saturday. YAY! :)
How have you been?
