My Goals:
My Goals: (short answer) lose weight and get in shape.

(longer version) lose 15 lbs, and go from sedentary to active, healthy and energized. As part of the renewed me I am getting rid of the bulk of junk too, not just flab - selling, donating, throwing away stuff. If it isn't being used or worn at least once a year then it is going!

My Program:
My diet: Food isn't really changing all that much - as far as what I eat. I eat the right things, but I eat too much of them and I tend to mindlessly snack at night. So I'm taking control of how much I eat throughout the entire day.
I will also be limiting alcohol to one evening a week, max 2 drinks.

Exercise: I am working out everyday for 30 - 60 minutes. I get bored easily with repeat routines, so I may walk, jog, do some strength training with weights or bands, but it is something different everyday. I have heard the muscle confusing tactics are the best for your body, but I am really doing it this way for my mind - if I get too bored I will make an excuse not to workout.
I have also heard you should take some days off; I'm sure that will happen on it's own, but I won't be doing hard workouts everyday and I won't beat myself up if I don't workout one or two days (life does get in the way)
