My Goals:
I am trying to cut back on the pop (soda) and so far have been doing ok with that. I had my first Dr. Pepper in over 2 weeks today, but I was used to having at least 2/day.
I am also trying to drink more water, exercise at least 10 minutes every day.

My Program:
I am not following a diet, per se, but am trying to use portion control and exercise. I have gotten very used to eating large portions, seconds, etc. and I am trying to cut back. I am using salad plates instead of dinner plates.

It went well actually! :) I worked out for about a half hour, mostly on my upper body: lifting weights, crunches on a ball, twisting crunches, elevated push-ups, etc.
I was disappointed this morning because I couldn't "feel" it, but I sure am feeling it now!
