I saw on the huddle wall that you needed some help. Hang in there! You've done an amazing job already losing 48 pounds. WOW! You are obviously committed to this. If you have hit a plateau, there are a lot of great articles and personal pages on the Spark site that give details of how others have dealt with progress seemingly coming to a halt. I haven't dealt with a plateau yet, but I am quite familiar with things moving much slower than I would like. I think your ideas (from your blog) of changing up your fitness routine and cycling your calories sound good. Hang in there!
