I'm reading the "BECK Diet Solution" (got a copy from the library) and we have a SparkTeam here. It's not a "diet" but how to learn to THINK like a THIN person. Here are some of Dr. Beck's reasons to stay on your program.

Thanks for your comment on my blog Mandi! I am tired of always saying "I want to lose weight" but never actually doing anything to MAKE it happen. I just read a quote that really inspired me that basically said you cant do what you've always done and expect change! I'm taking that to heart for 2010. I cant stand still and reach my goals. I need to make specific goals, both long and short term and reward myself for reaching them. I am not making a new years resolution to lose weight. I am making a lifestyle change I can stick to! I also decided to be brave and voice my goals to keep me on-track. I'm finding people around me are very supportive if you just let them. I cant do it alone and I don't have to.
