Out with the old in with the new

My story is pretty typical. I've been overweight my entire life. My largest documented weight was 326lbs. After my divorce I lost 28lbs leaving me stalled at 298. I was ok with it, I wasn't gaining. I was maintaining that weight and I was just happy to be under 300lbs. That was at the end of 2013/beginning of 2014. In July of 2014 I met Brian. He is wonderful. We fell in love quickly and on 9/14/14 I found out I was pregnant. I had a good pregnancy and did really well with my weight gain, though in the end I started retaining massive amounts of water. When I went in for my C-section to deliver Xander I weighed 331lbs. I gained 33lbs total. By 11 days post partum I was already down 27lbs and by 6 weeks post partum I was down 43lbs which put me at 288lbs, 10lbs under pre-pregnancy weight. I wasn't eating, barely drinking and having a really hard time adjusting to have a newborn and 3 older children with behavior issues. I was also doing it 95% alone because Brian didn't live with me at the time. I'm pretty sure I was suffering from PPD but I didn't seek out any help or support. Fast forward nearly 9 months. I stepped on the scales for the first time Monday and just about lost my mind. I'd gained 22lbs putting me at 310.4. So here I am. I've never consistently dieted. It's never lasted for more than a month or two, however I have the support from Brian and a sweet co-worker/friend who is doing it with me.
