My Goals:
Decrease BMI from obese to overweight (I met this goal for a few days then went to visit family for a few days).

Increase average steps/day from 15,000 to 20,000

Add strength training (let's try to start with at least once/week)

Stick within recommended calorie range

Increase average flights of stairs from 45 to 50/day

Increase fruits and veggies

Drink more water

My Program:
Using Fitbit One to increase activity each day (currently averaging 15,000 steps/day).

Track calories with Sparkpeople (love how it syncs with Fitbit data to help keep me on track).

Use Fitbit Aria scale to track weight and other fun numbers.

Garden for exercise and fresh, organic food

Walk the long way to work, walk home for lunch and walk the long way back, walk home the long way and then on days when there's enough time walk again

45 flights of stairs/day

Minimal processed food
