My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 30 more pounds. Mini goals are to gain muscle and improve my running times.

My Program:
I like to run on a treadmill so I can keep my pace and see my progress. I alternate days doing legs and arms using gym weight machines. I am a calorie counter... I keep my calories between 1200-1400 per day.
