OVERCOMING TODAY
My goal for this year is to overcome! I want to overcome so many things including my unhealthy eating habits, but also my unhealthy fears, stress, and self-image. I want to feel strong physically and mentally and the goals here at Spark seem very doable. I'm looking forward to starting something new and becoming an overcomer!
