I am eating healthier meals and keeping my caloric intake at 1200-1400 daily.

Cardio 5 + days a week

Strength Training
3 days a week

hey! thank you! and a big congratulations to you!!! twins seem like chump change compared to losing 20 lbs. Cleva is one of my dear friends who i met on spark, how fun to see her post on your page :) So... are you ready for a buddy or interested in helping me lose some pounds? I just gave up all and any fried food as my first step the other day, weighing in at an even 199 right now. whatduh ya think?!

Sparking has been fine. I do a monthly weigh in cause my body does weird stuff too. I'm down 3.5 lbs from a month ago yesterday. Trying not to get too bent out of shape about it cause I know this is my "retain water" time of the month. :) I celebrated by tiny loss by doing treadmill, circuit training and some yoga (ohmmmmmmmmmmm). Just gotta keep reminding myself it's a lifestyle change, and that slow and steady wins the race. Hope you can figure out the hives thing. Be well!
