New Year, New Start.

Last year was up and down, but over all I lost weight. So here we go again new targets, new bike and new attitude.

Half of my problem is I let situations dictate what I do, this year I'll tell the world what I can do and then prove it to them.

To start off I played a rugby match last year, have ridden a mile in under 4 minutes. Things I said I would do and have done. Little steps all add up.

My Goals:
I'm not to sure about the weight I want to be and am looking to drop inches off my waist. I'm currently a 48 inch waist and would like to drop to a 34-36 inch.

My Program:
Strength training 3 times a week.
Rugby Train 2 times a week.
Occasional other training.
Bike commute to work 7.5m(one way) 5 times a week

Other Information:
I have wide tastes in most things. Love to read whilst listening to music. Like a good horror, sci-fi, action or comedy movie.

Thank you for the team welcome! I like your game plan is to focus on waist measurement instead of weight.

I don't want to focus too much on the scale either. I just want to be able to fit in my clothes again!
