STARTING OVER ?!?!?

ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I LOGGED IN HERE! I GAINED IT ALL BACK AND NOW IM STARTING OVER! ITS VERY DIFFICULT AND VERY SLOW AND SAD!!!!!
Between age and meds it sure is a lot harder to take it off these days than a decade ago

My Program:
NOT ON A SPECIFIC DIET PLAN THAT HAS A NAME. TRYING TIO EAT HEALTHIER THAN BEFORE. STAYING AWAY FROM SODAS, PROCESSED FOODS, SWEETS.

Personal Information:
Hi guys and dolls! Im a stay at a home mom with 9 kids. his,mine,our and theirs... a long story! Right now we are down to only 3 living at home, THE OTHERS HAVE GRADUATED COLLEGED AND/OR MARRIED AND MOVED TO THEIR OWN LIVES AND SPACES!

I have several medical issues to battle on a daily basis. RA and Lupus being the most serious.

ITs a very challenging,complicated and wondeful life!

I am a classice yo yo dieter partly because of medication and partly because of procrastination!

Other Information:
HUGE FOOTBALL FAN ESPECIALLY GOT LOVE FOR THE STEELERS!!!!!!!

Thank you for the support and ecouragement! I have started with small goals thanks to the fast break strategy. I have three goals that I am focusing on: drinking 8 cups of water a day (I had 14 yesterday!!!), doing 30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week and 10 minutes on the other days, and listening to a "get up and go" song every day (which is suprisingly a HUGE help for me!). I'm working on making healthier choices with food as well, but I haven't made any huge changes other than drinking water instead of soda. I'm down 8 pounds and I'm feeling really good about it! :)

Jump right back in there and set some goals for yourself. There is a point in everyone's journey where they hit a plateau. You just have to keep going and know that it will happen if you just keep going. You can do it!!! :)
