I've just started a weight loss challenge! Trying to lose 2-3 pounds per week for the next 12 weeks just to get my weight loss off to a good start.
I've been working out regularly for a few years, but it's time for me to kick it up a notch. I'm incorporating new types of cardio as well as strength training. My big focus needs to be on nutrition, as that seems to be my major problem.
In all, it's my goal to lose about 65 pounds...eventually.
I am a mom of three lovely kids, an avid reader, music lover, as well as a non-practicing writer.
