Eat healthy food Walk 30 minutes a day everyday Stretch 20 minutes everyday Strength train 3x's a week
Mom of 3 kids and grandma to the little one to the left there. My 2 boys are married to wonderful ladies and the daughter is living in our house in Austin getting ready to go to college. I have a 3 legged Chihuahua and a Sphinx/Burmese cat who are in Austin with the kids. They provide the entertainment around there.

Awww thanks for the spark goodie! You are so sweet. The knee was doing well (or so I thought) but I did a little run on the hotel treadmill (Bobby and I were visiting our favorite wineries this weekend) and it seemed to aggravate the darn thing. Oh dear... Anne
