Starting over!! Yet again, I am starting over. But I will commit to starting over as many times as it takes to get it right. I will not stop fighting for my life! Starting over!! Yet again, I am starting over. But I will commit to starting over as many times as it takes to get it right. I will not stop fighting for my life! Ok so September has come and gone, and I have lost 2 pounds. I actually lost 2 pounds twice during the month but I also gained 2 pounds back. So it was another yo-yo month. The month was not a total loss, and I know that the gain was my own fault. I will use the lessons I learned in September to have a better October. Lesson 1- You can lie to yourself but you can't lie to the scale! Lesson 2- Guessing portions is not a good idea! Lesson 3- If you don't move it, you won't lose it! So my goals for October are: 1.) track everything that goes in my mouth. 2.) Measure everything. 3. Move everyday this month. I am a 48 year old wife and mother of 2. One boy, one girl. I've been married 24 years this year. I am looking forward to the next phase of my life and I would like to be healthier so my husband and I can enjoy ourselves now that the kids are grown.
