Personal Information:
I am a 27 year old mother of 2 who has been struggling with weight issues my whole life. Although not overweight my whole life, weight was always made into a big issue because of the obesity that is so apparent on one side of the family. As a child, weight gain was a horrible thing, and because of that I was never skinny enough in my own eyes. (Even wearing a size 5 on my 5'9" frame) I was a stick figure in high school and college, but when I returned home in 2001 I was depressed and started to gain weight. By my wedding day in 2003 I had ballooned from a skinny (and probably unhealthy) 140 pounds to 190. After my Son was born just over a year later I was 220. I waited a year to lose my "baby weight" or to even start trying. It took me another year to drop to 193 when I became pregnant with my sweet daughter. After I had her, I was 230. I reached my heaviest in November 2007 at 240.
