My Goals:
Stop eating highly processed foods, incorporate a healthy balance of fruits, vegetables, meat and nuts into my daily menu, exercise 4 times/week

I would also like to keep a photo and video journal of my journey... as a fat girl, I've always been hesitant about being captured on camera, so this goal is very personal to me

Eat less than 1600 calories of good, healthy food only - cut out processed foods all together, Zumba for Wii, gym membership - 4x per week using cardio and weight training, track my TSH and T4 levels
