My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to maintain my weight between 135-140. Lower total cholesterol to less than 200. Increase HDL to above 40. starting weight as of 3.01.13.... 200 goal #1: 190 achieved 4.6.13 goal #2: 180 lbs (10%) goal #3: 170 -last prepreg weight in 2010 goal #4: 160 lbs (20%) final goal: 150 lbs or less
My Program:
Record food intake daily. Keep daily calories to less than 1550; with the occasional exception. Keep total daily cholesterol intake to less than 200 mg. Keep total daily saturated fat to less than 12g, and total fat to less than 52g. Using the Cholesterol Down nutrition plan as my guide. Increasing cardio to 30 mins, 5x a week.
