2009 has been a rough year for me. My husband finally finished grad school (3 year program done in 2) and remained unemployed for the last 6 months. During that time I had up to 4 part-time jobs (some only for 1 hour a week) and felt like I was being pulled in too many directions. My eating was way out of control with exercising almost non-existent.
Thankfully, PRAISE THE LORD, my husband will start a job in his career at the beginning of the year, 2010. I will be working less and have the needed time to count and log my calories and EXERCISE! So here's to second chances...! Have a great and active new year!
Get "healthy" living ingrained in my being. Make good food choices, firm up and slim down. I'd like to wear a women's size 8 - without having to use a coat hanger on the zipper to get into the pants!! (No I haven't done this since high school, lol)!
Exercise 3 times weekly for at least 30 minutes. Get back to drinking water. Lay off the chocolate. No seconds!
