    I'm so glad you added me back!

    Yes, slow and steady finishes the race. Hey, starting tomorrow, I'm going to be doing 100 consecutive days of fitness. Now, you don't have to commit to full workouts every day -- you can just do 10 minutes a day if you want. Are you interested in joining? There is a group for it, but my friend and a couple of her friends decided to do it and hold one another accountable. They already started, but I'm starting tomorrow. Let me know if you're interested. If not, no biggie. i was just thinking it might be a great way to get you to commit to moving without actually killing yourself, ya know?
