Not giving up this time.

It started out by gaining 5 and then 5 more and so on...now that I have been overweight for over 20 years, I am not going to let anything get in the way of reaching my goal this time. It seems like every time I start, something happens that puts the program on hold and I give up. Now my hubby is on the exercise bandwagon so it should be easier. Right? I have 2 kids and him to be healthy for and I am tired of saying "tomorrow." Tomorrow starts now. My pledge to myself is to eat right, ...

My pledge to myself is to eat right, excercise both the body and the mind and have fun with my family. I have about 55 lbs to lose and I am not going to stop until I get there. When I do, I am taking my hubby back to where this picture was taken. Keep checking back for updates~

1. Eat healthy

My Program:
Run/walk 3x per week
swim 1-2x per week
alternate upper and lower body strength training daily
One day totally off per week. Maybe 2 if I have been good. :)

Hi! Thanks for checking out my website blog. My husband was out of town during the whole last mini challenge week. I was all thrown off. I thought I would be able to get so much done. It was the opposite for some reason. Think I'll send off a sparkmail to you for the rest... Don't want to write a book in your comments! :)

I got rid of the clutter last year and I have been slowly learning to eat better. It is the exercise that always drags me down. So I understand where you are coming from.
