Go to Jim's Gym 4 times a week, run 6 days a week, daily 7 - 7 days a week

Thanks yes it can be done and I'll admit it does take alot of hard work bu it's soo worth it to be able to have energy to play with my kids. I didn't think I was very good at cutting calories either so as a baby step I had decided to just track EVERYTHING and NOT worry about the amount of calories for a bout a week just to get used t being accountable for what I ate etc. to my surprise I found that I wsn't even eating enough calories! Which explained why the weight wasnt budging. My body was constantly in starvation mode. Upping the calories is a constant battle! I just feel like Im eating soo much already and I still need to eat MORE??!!?? So make sure you are eating enough cals or it will just make it harder. Totally off topic but the first thing I thought of when I saw your son in the first pic was him saying " I'm talkin to my girl." lol
