My Goals:
My goals are to get down into the old pair of jeans that I have. To also, gain my self-esteem back and eat healthier. My final weight goal as of now is to get to 140 pounds by the 1st of December. I wanna be able to to look good for Christmas.

My Program:
 I have been trying to come up with some new recipes. Since I am a very picky eater it is very hard to eat healthy.

It's great that you're feeling good about today! My mood has been increasing expontentially as each day progresses - it must have something to do with the endorphins.

I've endeavoured to purchase some 3 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb weights today before I do my upper body workout so either on my lunch break or after work I will be heading to WAL MART to pick some up.
