-NO fast food!

Personal Information:
I'm Katelyn.
I'm 22 years old, and I am a junior in college. I live in South Louisiana. I'm an elementary education major, and my focus is middle school math/English. I have a little girl named Aubree, and she will be 2 years old in January. I want to make healthy choices for BOTH of us because I don't want her going through the same bullying and tormenting that I did when I was younger.

I'll be graduating in 2 years, and nothing would be more satisfying to me than to be a healthy weight when I walk across that stage! I've been size 14-18 my entire teenage and adult life, and I would love to be able to shop in stores like Express and American Eagle. And let's face it, no healthy guy wants a fat wife! ha ha.

Good Morning! I'm sorry to hear about your ankle...Do some upper body workout or even swimming would be low impact on your ankle. Hope it gets better soon so you can get back to your normal routine.
