I am in it for life!!!
My name is Jen and I love Jesus, my husband and my precious children. I am sooo glad that I was told about sparkpeople. It has taught me how many calories I was really eating and given me so many great tools to lose weight. My name is Jen and I love Jesus, my husband and my precious children. I am sooo glad that I was told about sparkpeople. It has taught me how many calories I was really eating and given me so many great tools to lose weight. I want to lose weight so I can be a good example to my babies, I want to show them that I can do this. I have struggled with my weight ever since I had children. They know that I am not happy with how I am. I want to show them that I can change for the better so they learn that they can so anything if they give it all they have. I can do this!!! I am going to succeed!! I am also doing this to treat myself better. I have been mean to myself. I have told myself that I am not worthy or good enough for good things and a good life. And that is simply a lie! I do not want to go another day listening to that. If I listen to a lie and know it is a lie then I am a fool! Well, no more! If God thinks I am good enough, who am I to tell him otherwise? I am proud to be me! I am beautiful on the inside and out! I am worthy.

My Goals:
Okay starting again the right way: slowly so I cam make it a lifestyle habit. 1)eating healthy foods that my body needs and staying in my calorie range 2) right now cardio 4x a week and strength train 1x a week. 3) journal everyday with my food journal to see how foods and choices make me feel, and it is okay to journal my mistakes, I am not perfect. I shouldn't expect myself to be! Be kind to myself.
My Program:
Stick to my goals from 8/28-9/28 and then reevaluate.
Other Information:
I am a total girly girl who can kick butt haha! I love hanging out with my family and my girlfriends! I like going on hot dates with my hubby and I love that he always thinks I am beautiful and sexy no matter my size! I love playing volleyball and love singing...I can go on forever! I just love my life!!
