Ok postpartum! Love my family! Love my life! Love MySeLf! Already getting healthy and feeling and looking better than i have in a long time! I guess happiness really helps with taking care of myself! Tried for quite a while to loose weight! Now i am loosing weight just taking care of myself and enjoying this amazing life! Instead of trying and failing like i have for years I'm just DOING! I believe in myself! I am capable! I am strong! I am beautiful! Im awesome! I am successful! SO ARE YOU MY LOVELY FRIENDS! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! JUST DO IT!

My name is Jen and I've been with spark for a while but need to update my page! A lot has changed since I started! I'm pregnant with my 4th precious child and I'm due May 4th 2014! I'm so very excited! I have met the man of my dreams and this will be his first! Right now instead of trying to lose weight I am going to focus on being healthy and taking care of myself.

I want to lose weight so I can be a good example to my babies, I want to show them that I can do this. I have struggled with my weight ever since I had children. They know that I am not happy with how I am. I want to show them that I can change for the better so they learn that they can so anything if they give it all they have.
I can do this!!! I am going to succeed!!
I am also doing this to treat myself better. I have been mean to myself. I have told myself that I am not worthy or good enough for good things and a good life. And that is simply a lie! I do not want to go another day listening to that. If I listen to a lie and know it is a lie then I am a fool! Well, no more! If God thinks I am good enough, who am I to tell him otherwise?
I am proud to be me! I am beautiful on the inside and out!

My Goals:
Okay starting again the right way: slowly so I cam make it a lifestyle habit.

1)eating healthy foods that my body needs and staying in my calorie range

2) right now cardio 4x a week and strength train 1x a week.

3) journal everyday with my food journal to see how foods and choices make me feel, and it is okay to journal my mistakes, I am not perfect. I shouldn't expect myself to be! Be kind to myself.

Eat clean un processed foods. drink water all the time because I'm a fish lol... exercise and be active while having fun

I am a total girly girl who can kick butt haha! I love hanging out with my family and my girlfriends! I love playing volleyball and love singing...I can go on forever! I just love my life!!
