Hope for Me!
I'm Hope. I am 38, married to a wonderful husband, mother to 7 beautiful kids (16, 14, 12, 9, 7,4, and 1 year), a small salon owner, and all around very busy person. I need to make some positive changes in my life to make me a healthier, happpier me!!
I had a good, healthy pregnancy--although I had insulin dependent gestational diabetes. The result for me was eating well, taking better care of myself, and at the end of my pregnancy only gaining a total of 3 pounds. I just ...

I had a good, healthy pregnancy--although I had insulin dependent gestational diabetes. The result for me was eating well, taking better care of myself, and at the end of my pregnancy only gaining a total of 3 pounds. I just found out that although the diabetes has gone away, my cholestrol is through the roof! I have got to keep working hard to reach my goals!

My name is Hope. I used to hate that name when I was younger, people always made fun of me. But now, I love it. I am so thankful for it--it reminds me everyday that I am not without HOPE!
I live in Pennsylvania, but I kinda wish I lived near a beach instead!
