I am a stay at home mom of 2 active kids. I want to be a better me. Weight loss is slow going. More so for women than men (so not fair; must we have all the inconveniences?) I will do it.

I still allow my chocolate in my diet. I will not deprive myself because I know I will screw up and binge if I do that. I want to be thinner. I am trying to be realistic in knowing I will never be a size 3.

My goal is to get to a size 10. If I can. I think genetics to play a role and there are no petite women on either side of my family. I will have hips no matter how much weight I lose. I am keeping my eye on the prize and I will stick with it.

My Goals:
To be 150 pounds.
To have better habits.
TO make the time to take care of ME.

SOMEONE HAS TO MAKE ME A PRIORITY. AND SO I CHOSE TO DO THAT. Since I take care of everyone else all the time.


My Program:
I rotate my Leslie Sansone workouts. I have over 25 in my possession now. Many choices so no excuses! I watch portions.
I drink water!

Starting July 1st no eating after 7:30. My cutoff has been 8:30 because I am a night owl.



Personal Information:
I live in Hillview, Ky. Five minutes from the south end of Louisville, KY.


I have to rearrange my scheduled workouts according to how the day goes.

I have used food to fill a void at times. I am NOT ON A DIET. I AM CHANGING MY LIFE! I have been working to change how I look at food. There have been some setbacks but I am still moving ahead. When hubby and kids stress me out I want to munch so bad. Now I try to do anything but that! PLUS I QUIT SMOKING.


Other Information:
I went from trying to work 3rd shift pulling 12-14 hours a day 6 days a week and staying up all day with my kids to being a SAHM. I consumed a lot of caffeine and junk to stay awake all the time. When I was at home during the day I ate a lot of junk too and rarely moved off the couch because I was a walking zombie. That is where a lot of my weight came from.
