Hi, Margaret! Just by reducing my sugar intake and watching my carbohydrates I have been able to lose a little bit. I love sweeta, but I eat them in moderation. I used to "kill" all the bitterness in my coffee, but I have learned to enjoy the bitterness. I hope you will be able to lose that way. I take a one hour exercise for seniors twice a week. Walking is easier. Maybe you can try that. Good luck. Take care.
