I am approaching the BIG 4-0! I have decided to make some permanent changes to improve my health. As a Health Education teacher at a high school, I certainly spend a lot of time talking about strategies to being healthy, but haven't been "practicing what I preach."

My Program:
Step 1: Modify my eating habits. I began the Cinch! diet plan and found that I no longer have cravings for unhealthy food.

Step 2: To re-incorporate exercise. I joined the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge to help motivate me to move!
